Greetings,

I know that I can create user defined groups and fields, etc. for Business Contacts, Accounts, etc.  But, is it possible to modify and/or customize the main screen?  For example, in the Business Contact main screen, I want to remove the fields listed under the Classification area (bottom right) and replace these field with a set of user defined fields....can this be done?

The quick answer is No... BCM won't let you do that.
