I have an excel list of new emails for about 100 of my BCM contacts. How do I
import that info and update the already existing contacts? It seems like
importing is only set up for creating new contacts.

And on a related note, I have a list of contacts I want to remove from BCM.
Is it possible to remove them all at once, or do I have to manually do it one
by one?

AdminAnn: There is a strategy you can try and probably get to work -- the email address is one of the toughest fields to update, however. In order to make this work, you'll have to create a new BCM database and import the "changed contacts" into that to create BCM contacts. Then, you'll export that database in .BCM format like this: In Outlook, click on Business Contact Manager >> Database Tools >> Import and Export. Choose Export a File. Choose .BCM format. Name the file and remember where you put it on your hard drive or Desktop. Now, open up your "master" BCM database that you want to update with the new info. In Outlook, click on Business Contact Manager >> Database Tools >> Import and Export. Choose Import a File. Choose .BCM format. Choose Update Duplicates. This is where it gets tricky -- BCM will attempt to match duplicates and I can't remember (or find) which fields it uses to determine a duplicate but I'm pretty sure that Email is one of them. You'll just need to try it and test to find the answer. But, this is probably your best hope. As for removing, get the Contacts in a view and use CTL + CLICK of your mouse to select multiple ones, then press DEL. Or, you could do a search on "all contacts in zip 12345" and then delete them all at once. Hope that helps, Lon
