I just reloaded BCM for Outlook and geting message :BCM for Outlook could not complete last action or actions. Please try again" every time I started the program. Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix it?
Thanks.

Hmmmmm... Did you create a new BCM database and now it can't open it? Did you last have a good BCM database open? I believe it's related to the database itself and not to the installation of BCM.
You could try a couple of things that might help:
1. Look in the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office for a program called SCANPST and run that. That will check your Outlook file and may find some corruption there.
2. If that doesn't help, click on Start, Programs, Accessories, Run and enter OUTLOOK /S to launch Outlook in Safe mode. This will also help cleanup Outlook but it doesn't do anything to BCM -- it just verifies that outlook is OK. Click on File, Exit after it opens successfully.
If those don't work, you could always uninstall BCM, and also uninstall all the SQL entries in Add/Remove Programs. Reboot and then reinstall BCM again. It won't delete an existing BCM database.
And finally, if none of those work, call Microsoft and tell them there must be a bug and ask for help.
Hope that helps,
Lon
