Trouble Installing PMT for BCM on Win7

I have installed and rebooted several times to try to resolve the problem. The installation goes fine (no errors).. I restart Outlook 20101 w/BCM... nothing in Outlook to suggest that PMT is installed...I run PMT form start and get a message that there is no connection to Outlook.
