Search for a particullar business contact always shows "No matches found for ...".  All I can do is to scroll down the list by ABC to find it.  Any ideas what can cause this?

Is this in Business Contact Manager or pinpoint Marketing tool?

If it's BCM, are you searching for a part of the name or the complete name? Try searching for the first name and see if that can match. You don't need to use * as wildcards... I'm assuming you're entering this in Search Contacts in the upper right corner of the grid of BCM Contacts? Are you sure you're in BCM Contacts?
