I recently installed Pinpoint and tested it... worked great on a couple of messages so I bought it. Now I'm actually trying to use it in production and I can't get it to send an email.  I tried to deliver based on Search Folder in BCM and the contacts show up fine.  Then I add them to the plan... again that works great.

When I try to deliver just one of the emails in the list, it opens up the proper Word document but then does nothing... just flashes the cursor over and over and over.  (I tried to deliver all of the messages first, but again nothing happened.  Task Manager showed PMT and WINWORD using 1/2 of my CPU but nothing was happening.)

Any ideas?

There is a setting in File, Options to Preview the Message before it's sent.  Try unchecking that box.  That will send the email directly to your Outbox.  Have Outlook open when you do this and see if it shows up in the Outbox or Sent Items.

It could also be that there is something wrong with the template and Word doesn't like that... You could try creating a Plan using on of the sample templates we provided and see if that works.  That would eliminate Word as a problem and focus on the template.

I already tried those things. I even retyped the email into one of the templates and still it won't send. Will it not send 2 pages from Word?  I'm not quite sure if I have to somehow remove that soft page break?? That's the only difference from the ones that do work (that I can find).
