This could be a dumb question, but I cannot figure out how to set up the task manager in XP to automatically send out emails.  I think the problem I have is that the instructions show screen shots for Vista and they show the "add arguments" field which is not there in XP.   The only fields I have in XP are "run", "start in", and "comments".  Do I add the /sendletters to one of these fields.  Thanks for you help.

Thanks for the question! In the Run field, put the full pathname to PMT and add the /sendletters. So, it might look like this:
C:\Program Files\pinpoint Marketing tool\pmt.exe /sendletters

Let us know if that did the trick.
