I loaded the software and when I open outlook it tells me that it updated my outlook.  But it hasn't.  If I open an existing contact or try to create a new contact, I have no new fields.  I did some very minor modifcations to BCM before I loaded pinpoint for real estate.  I am lost I can't find anything in the user guide to help me get things loaded.  Anyone know what to do?
