I am using the real estate version. The template I am using is 100k, which includes 6 images. When I create a letter using the template all looks fine. However, when I create an email, outlook does not display the graphics. So, I think something is not set right on outlook. I've checked outlook and have verified that it is set to send html email. The text shows, just the graphics are missing. I've removed and re-installed pinpoint. I've also deleted and used new graphics. The error message I get is: "The image cannot be displayed. Your computer may not have enough memory to open the image, or the image may have been corrupted. Restart your computer, and then open the file again. IF the red x still appears, you may have to delete the image and then insert it again." My os is vista & I have 3gig of ram. Suggestions?

Restell:

I think the problem is with the HTML emails.  The "proper" way of sending emails with images is to not attach or embed the images, but to refer or link to them from your website or server.  So, you would need to place the images on a server (like where your website is hosted) and when you insert the image in the HTML document, you say that its location is , for example.

That's probably what's giving you the error.  pinpoint Marketing tool really isn't involved with this problem...

Hope that helps,
Lon
