I am using XP Pro. All updates are installed. I am running Outlook 2007. I just downloaded a trial of the Pinpoint Marketing Tool and have installed. When I try to launch I am receiving an Active X error that reads.

Active X Component Cant Create Object

Please advise.

DavidN: Are you an Admin on that PC? Do you have an IS Dept that "locks down" your PC? Are there some folders on your PC that you don't have permissions to write to? This sounds like a permissions issue... Sorry for the delay -- I'm on the road but will check in over the weekend. Thanks, Lon
