Since installing PMT, my outlook has been either crashing, giving me an error message or both.  When ever i click on BCM contacts I get a message - "BCM for Oulook can not complete your last action or actions. Please try again"  Ideas?

It sounds as though you may have some corruption in your Outlook pst file. There is a utility you can use to scan and repair the file. It's called Scanpst.exe and is located in the following path:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\scanpst.exe
