OK, maybe i just have gone blind, but I am not seeing where or how to remove a contact froma marketing plan.  Or change them to a new one.  Once someone has gone from prospect to client, the drip campaign will be different.  How can the change/removal be accomplished?

In the Deliver Activities View, the default view is by Calendar Date. Click the button to view By Contact and you'll see a list of all contacts with active plans. Select the Contact you wish to delete from the plan and all of the letters/emails for that contact will display. You can then delete any or all of them. (Use Shift+click to select them all - then right click and click Delete.) You can then add the contact to other plans.

Hope this helps.

OK, I see the list.  I have tried hitting delete, tried right clicking to get alt menu... nothing.  Can not delete.

You need to select the line items and right click on the selected items to display the delete option:

So I have done this and the contact name stays in the left column, even though they are not assigned to ANY marketing plans? I did a test group with co-workers and we just had one that gave us a solid "No".  How do we remove people from that list on the left?

If you are in Deliver Marketing Activites, in the Contact View, and a name is on the left, it is because there are undelivered items. If they are all deleted, the name goes away. I'm not sure what you're saying about the test group and a solid "No".

That is what I am saying. I did as you said. But the names (from both my test group I created and of a client who said "No") stayed on the left and did not go away.  They need to be removed from the campaigns. The name stays even though their is no apparent activity associated with them.
