I recently abandoned my old laptop (XP, MSO2007Small Business with BCM, PMT) in favor of a new desktop. My IT guy moved everything over, including the PMT folders. However, I don't see any way to get PMT hooked up with Outlook BCM in the new environment. Can anyone help?

Sure thing -- you'll need to reinstall PMT on your new PC and that should fix the problem. Just moving the files won't do the trick.
From here, click on Outlook with BCM, then pinpoint Marketing tool, then scroll down and click on Download 10 Day Trial. That will get you the newest version. After you reinstall, use the same activation codes you received from us originally. If you have a problem, please call our office at 800.238.0560 and select the option for Registration Codes.
