Tasks generated by PMT reminding me to make telephone calls etc are not linked to a Business contact so that I know I have to ring someone I just don't know who. How do I make tasks generated by PMT automatically link to the contact they were created for? Thanks Jeff

Jeff,
You have the ability to use merge codes in the subject field of the task or phone call. In this way you can include the contact name (and phone #, if desired). The pinpoint Marketing tool User Guide has a list of all the merge codes in Appendix B. Below is an example:
If you enter the subject line like this:
Call [[Contact]] at [[Business Phone]] to ask how the widgets are selling
You will get this:
Call Bob Jones at 214-555-1212 to ask how the widgets are selling
Hope this helps!
Belinda
