In looking for a "bolt-on" for Outlook that handles marketing campaigns I came across your product.  From what I saw on your site and a video I came across on it - it looks like a wonderful tool.  Congrats!  A few questions.

1. We want to provide this product to our sales assistant.  Does it work with Exchange?

2. In the event we have challenges, what kind of support do you offer?

3.  It looks like a fairly early version.  How open are you to input for future revs?

4.  Is the product current beyond beta and what you would call stable?

1.  Yes, it will work with Exchange.
2.  We do support through this Forum and email.  If you need help getting it installed, we can work with you online using Live Meeting.
3 & 4.  pinpoint Marketing tool has been on the market since 2004 and we've made two major revisions since that time.  We believe it's quite stable since we've had so much time to squash any bugs we find.  We're always open for new ideas! 

We've recently moved our website to a new server and new DotNetNuke framework.  I'll find out what's going on with the download -- thanks for pointing it out.
